Terms of Guarantee

Below are the terms and conditions that apply to the refund of the purchase amount in the event of failure, along with their explanations. Basically this guarantee means that you, as the customer, will receive a full refund of the purchase price you paid for our question set if you did not pass the corresponding SAP certification exam. In that case, please send us an e-mail providing proof that you did not pass the exam. Please attach a screenshot or photo of the exam report to the e-mail. We will then refund the purchase price of the question catalog you bought from us using the payment method you used – i.e., by crediting your bank account or credit/debit card.

The detailed Terms of Guarantee are outlined below:

·       You must have ordered the online tool that corresponds to the question set. For some question sets, this tool is included by default at no additional cost, which means this requirement is automatically fulfilled for those cases. Please note that for question sets where the online tool is not included by default, you can still purchase it later. In that case, you will find a link in the delivery e-mail you received from us – useful if you initially purchased only the PDF version.

·       There must be a minimum of four calendar days between the purchase of the question set and the date you take the SAP certification exam. If you purchase the online tool at a later time (see previous point), the purchase date of the tool will apply.

·       The exam you took with SAP must exactly match the question set you purchased from us (see certification key). To ensure you are purchasing the correct question set, please check the certification key of the exam you plan to take with SAP (example: C_TS462_2023).

·       The name of the candidate on the official SAP certification failure notice must match the name you used when registering with us to purchase the corresponding question set. Therefore, please make sure to enter your name correctly and in full when placing your order with us.

·       We will only refund the purchase price of a question set obtained from us for your first attempt at the corresponding SAP certification exam. To clarify: If you fail the same certification exam multiple times, the purchase price of the question set will only be refunded once. However, if in the meantime you purchase a question set from us for a newer version of the same module, the full guarantee will apply again to that new version.
