How long can I use the learning tool?

You purchase a license that is valid for 62 days. However, you can renew this license as often as you like at a discounted price. For details, please refer to the variant with the online tool in the product view.

How do I renew my license for the learning tool?

As soon as the license expires and you try to access your tool, you will automatically be redirected to a page where you can purchase a license renewal. Once you’ve placed the renewal order, you will receive an e-mail with the corresponding link, allowing you to continue working with your tool immediately.

How do I get a refund under the warranty?

In that case, please send us an e-mail providing proof that you did not pass the exam. Please attach a screenshot or photo of the exam report to the e-mail. We will then refund the purchase price of the question set you bought from us using the payment method you used – i.e., by crediting your bank account or credit/debit card.

Why do some questions or answers change between different exam attempts in my learning tool?

We constantly improve our question sets, and since your tool is always kept up to date automatically, you benefit from these improvements and changes. By the way, these updates only apply to the online learning tool and not to the question set file (PDF), as the PDF cannot be updated once it has been sent to you. However, if you notice a change in your tool, feel free to contact us via e-mail, and we’ll gladly send you an updated PDF file.
